Through our resident portal Customer Center, building tenants can get all of their important building updates, review up to date account and building information, Residents have the ability to make rental or maintenance payments as well as set automated periodic payments. Through the portal our tenants are able to communicate directly with management to submit work orders or follow up with the status on all existing repairs.
Work orders and maintenance requests can easily be entered either through our work order page in the drop down menu or through our resident portal. All work orders entered into our system are dispatched and updated on a daily basis. Our maintenance staff is notified immediately of all service requests and are dispatched according to priority.
Through our Board / Owner portal owners can get all of their up to date financial reports as well as all other monthly building and maintenance reports delivered on demand in a clear and concise format. This portal can be made available to the accounting firm of your choosing making financial audits a breeze. Additionally, owners may store important building documents on the portal for ease of access and long term protection.
Through our payment center our customers a can make payments or deposits for individually requested items or services offered by Citadel Payments for applications, questionnaires, Transfer Fees and Recognition Agreements, Credit Checks etc. can now be made online and expedited through this window.
